  • 2 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 2 pieces Bread whole grain
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the salmon fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Toast the bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the grilled salmon on one piece of bread, then top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Cover with the other piece of bread.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
