Ground Beef and Vegetable Stew
A hearty and comforting stew made with ground beef and a variety of vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Cubed Potatoes
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and add the cubed potatoes. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
6. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
