Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast Recipe

- 3 lbs Sirloin Tip Roast
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Rub the sirloin tip roast with olive oil.
Mix rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Rub the herb mixture all over the roast.
Place the roast in a roasting pan.
Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C).
Continue roasting for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
