Hot Chicken Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Potato Chips, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serve hot.
