Israeli Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
2. Add the chopped parsley to the bowl.
3. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Toss everything together until well combined.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
