  • 1 packet Italian Dressing Mix
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Giardiniera
  • 4 rolls Italian Rolls

Instructions 

  1. Place beef chuck roast in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the roast.
  3. Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
  4. Add giardiniera to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  6. Shred the beef with two forks and serve on Italian rolls.
