Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 ½ inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
