Kale Salad Recipe
A simple and healthy kale salad recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale washed and chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and cherry tomatoes.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
