Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 whole lobsters about 1 ½ pounds each
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lobsters for about 8 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  3. Remove the meat from the shells, chop it into bite-sized pieces, and set aside. Keep the shells for later.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the white wine. Let it reduce by half.
  5. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the lobster meat to the sauce and mix well.
  7. Fill the lobster shells with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
