Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
