  • 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
