Traditional Filipino pork stew with a rich tomato sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Green peas
- 1 pc Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pc Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add pork and cook until browned.
Pour in tomato sauce and soy sauce, stir well.
Add potatoes and carrots, cook for 10 minutes.
Add green peas and red bell pepper, simmer until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice.
