Milk Toast Recipe
A simple and comforting breakfast dish made with milk, bread, and a touch of sugar and cinnamon.

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread White or whole wheat
- 1 cup Milk Whole or 2%
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
3. Add butter, sugar, and cinnamon to the warm milk. Stir until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.
4. Place the toasted bread slices in a shallow bowl and pour the warm milk mixture over them.
5. Let the bread soak for a minute, then serve warm.
