  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 300 g Bok Choy chopped
  • 1 liter Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add chopped bok choy and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
