Mushroom Pork Chops Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.
4. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), about 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
