A simple and healthy no salt vinaigrette recipe.

- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Black pepper
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic, and honey.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
Season with black pepper to taste.
