Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mixed nuts
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a food processor, blend the mixed nuts until finely chopped.
2. In a bowl, combine the chopped nuts, bread crumbs, egg, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into patties.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
