Paella Recipe
A classic Spanish dish with rice, seafood, and saffron.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice short-grain
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 lb Seafood Mix shrimp, mussels, squid
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 unit Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 unit Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until soft.
3. Stir in rice and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add saffron, chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Add seafood mix, peas, and red bell pepper. Cook until seafood is done.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
