Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 medium Yuca peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 2 ears Corn cut into pieces
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 30 minutes, skimming off any foam that forms.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, yuca, carrots, and corn. Cook for another 45 minutes.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Add the chopped cilantro and cook for another 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
