Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably Panko
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Press the chicken breasts into the Parmesan mixture, coating them evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
