Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes Recipe

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk milk, peanut butter, egg, melted butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
