Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, peanut butter, egg, melted butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
