  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and poppy seeds.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
