  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. 3. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops with a meat thermometer. It should read 145°F (63°C).
  6. 6. Remove pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
