Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Kale chopped
  • 1 lb Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 lb Chorizo sliced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Add chorizo slices and cook until slightly browned.
  4. 4. Add potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. 6. Add kale and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
