Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: arugula, tomato slices

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your panini press or skillet.
  2. Brush the outside of each slice of ciabatta with olive oil.
  3. Layer prosciutto and provolone on the inside of two slices of bread.
  4. Add optional arugula and tomato slices if desired.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the panini press or skillet. Cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
