Quesadilla Burger Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 8 Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
3. In another skillet, place a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Place a cooked patty on top, add tomato, onion, and lettuce, then top with another tortilla.
4. Cook the quesadilla burger for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve hot.
