Ingredients

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 2 Eggs, soft-boiled

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add minced garlic and soy sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the cooked noodles to the broth. Stir in sesame oil.
  4. 4. Serve the ramen in bowls. Top with chopped green onions and soft-boiled eggs.
