Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine rhubarb and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until rhubarb is tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture, discarding the solids. Return the liquid to the saucepan.
  3. 3. Add sugar to the liquid and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. 4. Stir in orange juice and lemon juice. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze until solid.
  5. 5. To serve, scrape the frozen mixture with a spoon to create a slush. Serve in glasses and enjoy!
