Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Spread the chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
