Rocket Salad Recipe
A simple and fresh rocket salad recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Rocket (Arugula) washed and dried
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 1. In a large salad bowl, combine the rocket and cherry tomatoes. 
- 2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 
- 3. Toss gently to combine. 
- 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 
- 5. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese. 
- 6. Serve immediately.
