Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Remove the salmon from the pan and let it cool slightly. Flake the salmon into pieces.
  4. 4. Lay out the whole wheat wraps and evenly distribute the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and flaked salmon.
  5. 5. Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
