Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 300 g Sausage sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in tomato sauce, add salt and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mix well to combine with the sauce.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
