Sausage Strata Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 cups bread cubes day-old
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, bread cubes, and cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and dry mustard.
Pour egg mixture over the sausage mixture and stir to combine.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour or until set and golden brown.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
