Sauteed Patty Pan Squash Recipe
A quick and easy recipe for sauteed patty pan squash.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Patty Pan Squash, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add sliced patty pan squash to the skillet.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Saute for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until squash is tender and slightly browned.
Serve hot.
