Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 egg Egg, fried
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Stir in soy sauce.
4. Combine the cooked oats with the spinach mixture. Top with a fried egg. Serve hot.
