Seafood Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing and delicious seafood pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta any short pasta
- 150 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 100 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 50 g Black Olives sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Toss everything together until well mixed. Garnish with fresh parsley.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
