- 4 fillets Swai fish about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the swai fish fillets with the seasoning mixture on both sides.
Place the fillets on a baking sheet.
