Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add grits and cook until thickened.
Stir in cheese and butter into the grits. Season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink. Add garlic and lemon juice.
Serve shrimp over grits and top with bacon.
