Shrimp and Pasta Shell Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 lb cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
1. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and shrimp mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
5. Garnish with fresh dill and serve chilled.
