Instructions

  4. 4. Pour a portion of the egg mixture into the pan, forming a small pancake. Cook until the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture. Serve hot.
