Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Add milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and sugar to the slow cooker. Whisk to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Once the chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot, stir in the vanilla extract.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
