Slow Cooker Northern White Bean Recipe
A hearty and comforting slow cooker recipe featuring Northern white beans.

- 1 pound Northern white beans dried
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
Rinse and sort the beans.
Add beans, onion, garlic, carrot, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beans are tender.
Stir occasionally and add more broth if needed.
