Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Gravy

  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook onions until soft.
  4. Add the meatballs to the skillet and brown on all sides.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to the slow cooker.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, heavy cream, flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  8. Serve the meatballs with the gravy over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
