Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup Recipe
A hearty and healthy vegetable soup made easy in the slow cooker.

Vegetables
- 2 cups Carrots, chopped
- 2 cups Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
Chop all vegetables and add them to the slow cooker.
Add vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil.
Stir everything together.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
