Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Rub the chicken with olive oil.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Place the chicken in the smoker and cook for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
