  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the chicken in the smoker and cook for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
