  • 2 carrots Carrots shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
