Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Grits
- 4 cups Water
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook grits according to package instructions using water.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked grits, cheese, milk, butter, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
