Spicy Black Bean and Corn Burgers
A tasty and spicy vegetarian burger made with black beans and corn.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
Add the corn, breadcrumbs, chili powder, cumin, garlic, egg, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
