Stuffed Banana Peppers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Banana peppers cored and seeded
- 1 pound Ground meat beef, pork, or turkey
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Shredded cheese optional, for topping
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the banana peppers with the meat mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the peppers during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Let cool slightly before serving.
