Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Recipe

- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butterfly the pork tenderloin by slicing it lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Season the inside of the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Spread the spinach mixture evenly inside the tenderloin.
Roll up the tenderloin and tie it with string to secure.
Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
